Jen called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.

I. Positions
  A. Andrea will no longer be able to hold her Publicity chair position. She is too busy.
  B. Jen is going to call all those who signed up for the service committee to see if they want to be the chair of that committee. 
  C. Everyone needs to e-mail their committee members to tell them about the committee night on Monday February 5th at 7:30 p.m.

II. Semester Ideas
  A. Going to have a pizza/movie night for members on Monday February 5th @ 7:30 in Botswin Lounge.
  B. Everyone needs to come up with 5 activities they would like to do this semester by next week. 

III. T-shirts
  A. Hannah is going to work on the logistics
  B. Tanya will work on coming up with a design. Anyone who has ideas should send them to her @ tmwinner@bsu.edu

IV. Trow Scholarship
  A. Applications are out. Talk to Jen if you need one. 
  B. Can only send in two from our chapter so a committee is forming of past presidents, advisors, and past executive boards to decide.
  C. Applications are due by March 1st..

V. Honorary Member
  A. Do not think our interpreter can be the honorary member.
  B. Everyone needs to think of one person they fell should be honorary member by next week.

VI. Meeting time
  A. Meetings will be on Monday at 7:30 p.m.
  B. We will be rotating halls throughout the semester

VII. Next meeting
  A. It will be in Botswin.
  B. Will be working on the Maintain the Flame project
