Jen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

I. Movie
  A. We picked out a movie for the Movie and Pizza Night.
  B. Chose Ferris Beuler

II. Budget
  A. Janelle passed out a new budget to everyone.

III. Spring Initiation
  A. Talked about the program and if we wanted to do it the same way for spring.
  B. Will need to talk to Laura Helms to see how many we will approximately need.
  C. Came up with two alternatives: 
    1. Have color copies on plain white paper.
    2. Use card stock for the initiates and plain white copies for the rest
  D. Megan passed around officer descriptions and had people write on them about their position if it was different from what was written. 
  E. Noted that the scholarship applications need to be typed this year.
  F. Jen and Megan are going to work after the meeting to go through the packet to see what needs changed.
    1. Hope to have them out to new initiates by the end of the week.
  G. People can turn in their information on February 27th and 28th from 10-4 p.m. in NQ by the Learning Center. 
  H. Everyone signed up to work shifts.
  I. Dean Mikesell has the day open (April 1st) and will most likely speak
  J. Decided to have only one Honorary Member. It will be Dr. Beilky.
  K. Decided to have two scholarships for $250 a piece.

Next week is Movie and Pizza night in the Botswin Lounge.
Movie will start at 7:30 p.m.
