I. Initiation
    A. The Packets went out last week
    B. They will be due Thurs. Mar.7-which provides the prospective initiates 2 weeks to fill out the sheets
    C. Speaker/Honorary member will be the same person if possible
        1. Suggested speakers: Pres. Brownell, David McIntosh, Lynne Richardson, Dr.Trimmer
        2. Joel will contact these individuals soon
    D. Packet contents
        1. Cover letter from Joel and Josh
        2. Scholarship letter
        3. A letter talking about the joys of Exec. from Justin
II. Services and Activities Committee
    A. Our mailbox fills quickly
    B. SVS Lend A Hand Day Apr. 6, 2002
        1. They informed us about the barrels and their program
        2. We will receive another email from them soon
    C. Habitat For Humanity
        1. Committee suggested it
        2. April 20 9am-noon
        3. We registered the requisite 20 with a waiting list
    D. Block Party
        1. 12-4pm on April?
        2. We decided to participate
        3. Pet rocks rule for the second year running
        4. Ideas due March 1.
    E. The Campus Activities Fund Board
        1. Had a workshop for organizations wanting money from them
        2. We did not attend for the obvious reasons
    F. Red Cross Certification in First Aide- see Amanda for details
    G. Tommy Rector and SGA want our input
III. Angela Caprigilone and Abby Delpha from The Trip came asking for a donation
    A. They requested and received $50 from us
    B. We will be on the Trip t-shirt
    C. The Trip will be headed to Atlanta Mar.22-24
    D. We voted on it
IV. Univer City
    A. We would like to be in the brochure
    B. Our booth will be “Who Wants to be a Hundredaire?”
    C. Justin will fill out needed forms online
