Jen called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
Members Absent: Janelle Prahl

I. T-shirts
  A. Decided to have a slate blue shirt.  Lettering color will be decided after the design is finished.
  B. Design will be finished by Friday. Parker is going to send a design to Tanya.

II. Rocky Horror Movie
  A. Still have not found a place that will allow us to show the movie.
  B. Jen is going to call the movie theatre and see if we could show it there.

III. End of the Year Extravaganza
  A. Jen is going to send a letter to all the Greek organizations and see if they show interest in having a booth or game.
  B. Thought about having a spirit competition for those Greek organizations that want to participate.
  C. Decided to have it on April 27th on University Field from 2-4 p.m.
  D. We foresee our biggest cost as advertising.

IV. Lil’ Kin Weekend
  A. It is April 21st and we are going to have a booth.
  B. It will be Pet Rocks unless someone is already doing it.

V. Washington D.C. Trip
  A. They asked us for money to help sponsor the trip to Washington D.C.
  B. Decided to give them $50.

VI. Initiation
  A. We are going to have Marshals.
  B. They will lead the initiates in and sit with them.  They are also going to wear their regalia.

Next weeks meeting is in Botswin at 7 p.m.
