I. Initiation
    A. Scholarship
        1. Due date is March 29
        2. Applications will be collected in the Learning Center
        3. Justin will then get and evaluate them
    B. Speakers
        1. Joel is working on arranging Dr. McIntosh
        2. Pres. Brownell is hard to get
    C. Program
        1. Has to be done by March 27th
        2. We will also decide upon the new Exec Board for the program
II. The new Exec. Board will invited to a later meeting
III. Services and Activities
    A. They are trying to set up a blood drive
    B. We will have a t-shirt by Initiation
        1. We will consult with the new Board on t-shirt design
        2. Josh recommended that we think about t-shirt designs
IV. The Mailbox
    A. We received info from Delta Zeta about Turtle Tugs
        1.$50 per team
        2. We passed on it because of the reaction from the membership that we got for Homecoming
    B. UPB-Scavenger Hunt
        1. $20 per team
        2. Teams due by Mar.18
        3. 3-4 people per team
        4. It will be Mar. 22 at 4:30pm
        5. If we get interest we’ll do it
    C. Leadership Conference
        1. Student Leadership Development Board puts it
On.
        2. Amanda has info for those who want it
        3. It will be April 5th
    D. Mortar Board Leadership Awards Ceremony
        1. Talk to Laura for more info
        2. March 29th is the date of the event
        3. Hopefully Laura will be at the next meeting to tell us more
    E. Block Party is taken care of
    F. Univer City is also taken care of
