I. Initiation
  A. Decided to go with parchment paper for programs. The lettering will be in black.
  B. Megan is going to find out the exact price this week.
  C. Megan is going to send confirmation letters to Dean Mikesell, Dr. Beilkey, Chris Shea, and Barbara Quilling.
  D. Letters to the Deans are written, they will be sent out soon.
