Jen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. 
Members Absent: Kyli Shellenberger 

I. Officer Introductions 
  A. New Officers 
    1. President-Mr. Josh Harrison 
    2. Vice President- Mr. Justin Bryant 
    3. Secretary- Ms. Tara Smith 
    4. Treasurer- Mr. Jon Hendricks 
    5. Initiation Chair- Mr. Joel Good 
    6. Membership Chair- Ms. Rhiannon Dorin 
    7. Service and Activities Co-chair- Ms. Jenifer McKowen and Ms. Stefanie Gregg 
    8. Publicity Chair- Ms. Katie Pfledderer 

II. Initiation 
  A. Be there at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday and enter through the back door, loading dock. 
  B. Passed out the script and went through it. 
  C. Made a diagram of the stage and how things would be run. 
  D. Updated us that we are going to have parchment paper and they will be done by Friday. It will cost $73. 
  E. Hopefully, we will have the initiation committee members come and pass out programs. 
  F. We are not going to have any reception afterwards because it costs too much. 
  G. Going to have sign-up for committees at initiation. 

III. Article for “Pat on the Back” 
  A. Parker and Katie are going to work on so that we can send it in. 

IV. T-shirts 
  A. We will not have the actual t-shirts to sell at initiation, but we hope to have a design and forms to buy the t-shirts. Forms will be available after the initiation ceremony. 
  B. Hannah and Annie will be going to Outfitters to get a design finished and to get a price. 

V. Events 
  A. Lil’ Kin Weekend 
    1. Will be going to have a booth, which will be “Pet Rocks.” It will be in the Noyer Bowl on Saturday the 21st. 
    2. Jenn will give us more info when she gets it herself. 
  B. End of the Year Extravaganza 
    1. Will be April 28th from 2-4 p.m. 
    2. Will be having 2 Divisions of the Spirit competitions: BSU Pride and Organizational Pride. 
    3. Will hopefully be in the yard by Frog Baby. 
    4. Jen will be calling organizations to harass them about this. 
    5. Our only projected costs are for our booth and our advertisement. 
    6. Only going to have to get together and make up the guidelines for judging the spirit. 

VI. Website Competition 
  A. Will be judged in April 
  B. We need to talk about and update. 

VII. Treasurer’s Report 
  A. Have over $5,000 left in our budget. 
  B. With the money left over, we can sponsor a speaker next year or lower the price of the shirts or give the $ made from the t-shirts to charity. Could also get executive board t-shirts.
