II. The Set Up
    A. The name readers will be:

    B. Rhiannon will take the name cards to the name readers
    C. Sarah will hand certificates to Josh
    D. Josh will shake hands and hand certificates
    E. Justin will take care of the pin and charm table
    F. Laura will work the pit and the new initiates
    G. The new people will stay put and awake
    H. Joel gets to sit next to Dr. Gilman
I. The podium has 1 copy of the script
III. New People
    A. Be prepared to help with sign in
    B. Will hand out programs
    C. Get a separate time within the program to be initiated
IV. Miscellaneous
    A. We will get a t-shirt
    B. Justin, Katie and Tara will select the 3 scholarship recipients
    C. Sarah needs help with the Scrap book
