Jen called the meeting to order at 8:50p.m. by Jen Marx. 

I.  General Meetings 
  A.     Decided to have a Mud Volleyball and Picnic on September 23 out behind 
           the stadium. 
  B.     Planned to get lunch meats and chips or get snacked lunches. 
  C.     Going to send out a mass e-mail by September 4 with an RSVP date of 
           September 10 for team members and food count. 

II. University 2000 
  A.      Dates are September 16-22 
  B.      Need everyone to work the booth one day during 
  C.      Talked about how it worked; one winner each day, winners come back to try 
            to win grand prize (Matt is working on Grand Prize) 
  D.      Everyone needs to collect ?’s and bring to meeting on the 7th. 

III. T-shirts 
  A.      Sending mass e-mail about logo and design contest. Give ideas to 
            Megan Pickens  91 Schmidt 
  B.      Will be long-sleeved 

IV. Fall Initiation 
  A.      Talked about speakers, places, and dates. 

V. Newsletter 
  A.      Talked about next time 

VI. Alumni 
  A.      Thought of ways to get them involved. 
    1.      Games with old vs. new 
    2.      Invite to Activities 

VII. Homecoming 
  A.      Is October 14th at 9:30 a.m. 
  B.      Going to wear T-shirts and walk with a banner 

VIII. National Convention 
  A.      Kylie is finding info about where, dates, and spots available
