Jen called the meeting to order at 8:50 p.m. 

Members attending: Jen Marx, Kylie Shellenberger, Tanya Winner, Janelle 
Prahl, Chris Schilling, Megan Pickens, Andrea Smith, and Hannah Harbac. 
Members Absent: None 

I.      UniverCity 
  A.      Make sure you check you e-mail for the list of times and dates that you 
are to work as a judge or a host for “Who wants to be a Hundredaire”. 

II.     Mud Volleyball 
  A.      We have 12 people signed up to play on our team.  All need to sign the 
            release form ASAP. Jen Marx has the release form. 
  B.      We need to find someone to go to the mandatory meeting. 
  C.      Also need a team captain and a team name. 

III.    Picnic 
  A.      Janelle needs people to go with her to go and get food. Andrea and Chris 
           said that they would. 
  B.      Andrea is going to get a cooler this weekend to put ice in for pop. 

IV.     Homecoming 
  A.      Need to send in money by September 21st. 

V.      T-shirts 
  A.      Still have no t-shirt ideas. 
  B.      Andrea is helping her neighbor design the shirts. 
  C.      Will have an order form at our UniverCity booth. 
  D.      Andrea is going to make a new order form and call Outfitters to get a 
            price. 

VI.     Newsletter 
  A.      Tanya is going to start working on the first newsletter of the year. 
  B.      Will be out by Homecoming. 

VII.    Webpage 
  A.      Webpage is finished and looks great. 
 
 

VIII.   Initiation 
  A.      We need more stationary. 
  B.      Letters have been sent both the new Dean of the Honor’s College and the 
           President of the University. 
  C.      Megan is getting the fall initiates letter ready. 
  D.      Jen is going to find out the date for Spring Initiation. 

IX.     Fund Meeting 
  A.      Jen went and got the information. 
  B.      Thought of an activity that we could do and everyone is to tell Jen what 
            they found out by Tuesday. 

X.      Nationals 
  A.      Kylie cannot go and so Tanya is going along with Jen. 
  B.      Working on getting a flight. 

XI.     Miscellaneous 
  A.      There is NO meeting next week because of UniverCity. 
  B.      If you are going to dinner at the Olive Garden on Sunday, meet at Botswin 
           at 12 if you need a ride or at 12:30 at Olive Garden.
