    A. Our new Services and Activities co-chair came
    B. Amanda Foster introduced herself to everyone
II. Mail
    A. Delta Chi will do a walkathon to benefit Riley Children’s Hospital Burn Unit
    B. On Sun.Oct.28 at 2pm they will walk 3miles around campus
III. Altrusa Fashion Show
    A. Katie reported on it
    B. We did well
    C. Dr. Shea suggests volunteering for it next Spring.
    D. Our participation will go into the Annual Support
IV. Homecoming
    A. Forms are in
    B. We had 3 twister teams
V. University Senate
    A. Megan reminded us of the duties of the workers
    B. We have workers for this month’s meeting
    C. Tara recommended everyone try to do this
        a. it’s a great way to make connections b. it’s interesting
VI. Initiation
    A. We will try to send out the packets this week
    B. Rhiannon sent out an email asking for ideas about speakers
        a. We’ll see who the members suggest
    C. Location for Intiation: The Ballroom
    D. The reception will be in the Lobby across from it
        a. We will have cookies and punch
        b. Stef and Amanda will coordinate cookies
    E. We will collect packets on Oct. 18 &19
