Jen called the meeting to order at 8:50p.m. 

I.      Pictures 
  A.      Took pictures of Exec. Board to put on the web page. 
  B.      Everyone needs to send bios to Chris, ASAP 

II.     T-Shirts 
  A.      Have been ordered. 
  B.      Will be in next week 
    i.      On-campus students will have them put in their mailbox 
    ii.     Off-campus students will have to pick up in the Learning Center. 

III.    Homecoming 
  A.      Will be decorating Banner on Sunday the 8th at 1p.m. in Bots/Swin Lounge 
    i.      Andrea will be getting the paint, glitter, and brushes. 
  B. Our Bed Race team has been canceled because we had to have all of the 
       same sex on one team. 

IV.     Initiation 
  A.      New initiates received letters on Thursday the 15th. 
    i.      Going to need people to sign up to take money in North Quad on Monday, 
            October 16th and Wednesday, October 18th. 
  B.      Scholarship applications also went out. 
  C.      So far, no Deans will be coming to Fall Initiation. 
  D.      President Brownell is sending us a letter. 

V.      Newsletter 
A.      Tanya has it finished and it will be going out within the next week. 

VI.     Jell-O Wrestling 
  A.      Will be April 21st, 2001 
  B.      Kyli is going to figure out how much Jell-O we will need. 

VII.    National Service Week (Book Drive) 
  A.      Going to collect books for Better Way 
  B.      May extend to have a collection box at Teacher’s College and also a money 
            jar so people can donate money (we will buy books with the money). 
  C.      We need to think of ways to advertise this event. 

VIII.   November Event 
A.      Plan to have a general meeting with free pizza and maybe a movie. 

IX.     December Event 
  A.      Have Hot Chocolate and Cookies during finals week 
  B.      Could also Adopt a Child and buy gifts for them for Christmas. 

Next week there will be NO meeting. 
The meeting on October 19th will be in Stu West.
