    A. Please leave Monday nights open next semester when planning class schedules
II. Initiation
    A. Nominees for Speaker/Honorary Member
        1. Based upon the recommendations of the members
        2. Nominees were : Dr. M.Jennings, Dr. M. Fisher, Dr. W.McGrath, Dr. Sheila Smith
        3. Dr. Jennings is the lucky speaker
            a. We decided by an informal group discussion
    B. Letters of Invitation Sent to the Deans of the Colleges
        1. We decided not to
        2. Most deans don’t come
        3. It saves time
    C. Reception
        1.Cherilyn-the divine- has a list of menus
            a. She’s willing to share them and order food
        2. We have reserved the Lobby near the Ballroom
    D. Spring Initiation-dare we mention it
        1. Joel will cross-check the open Spring Sundays of Emens and President Brownell.
        2. Before he does this however he will talk to Cherilyn to get the names and numbers of the contact people who know the aforementioned.
    E. Applications
        1. Josh has already received 6-8 calls about scholarships
            a. Justin has all the pertinent scholarship stuff
            b. They will not be accepted late
        2. Laura will take care of all the late applications
        3. Tara will email reminders out to everyone working the application desk.

Justin and Tara leave for the National Convention on Friday at 4am and will report back to the Board after three days in Orlando.
