The Meeting commenced at 8:10pm

I. ALD National Leadership Conference
    A. Justin spoke about the wonderfulness of the binders and bookmarks.
    B. Tara spoke about the things she learned
    C. Justin discussed the workshops he went to and what he discovered
    D. Both presented Josh with a souvenir of massive proportions
    E. Megan explained the Order of the Torch award
    F. Sarah and Rhiannon looked at the package of stuff from Nationals
II. Homecoming
    A. Those who played had fun
    B. They participated in
        1.Twister
        2.Sumo wrestling
    C. Someone took pictures and will get them to Sara
III. Initiation
    A. We received about 100 applications
    B. Maude Jennings will be the speaker
    C. She will have total autonomy in her choice of topic
    D. The refreshments will arrive at 4pm on the appointed day
    E. The officers will arrive at 2pm on the appointed day
    F. The appointed day is November 18 for those who forget
IV. Publicity Chair
    A. Katie wants to know what we need her to do
    B. A Suggestion was to:
    Ask all the Profs to give us a list of the good students in their classes so that we
    can send them letters of recognition.
    C. This would get our name out to the freshmen
V. Miscellaneous
    A. The website is a work in progress
        1. Tara met with Rhiannon to share the ideas she absorbed at Nationals
        2. These ideas will only improve our already wonderful web page
    B. We will work on sending more info to the membership
