Jen called the meeting to order at 8:52 p.m. 

Members Present: Jen Marx, Kyli Shellenberger, Tanya Winner, Janelle Prahl, 
Chris Schilling, Megan Pickens, and Hannah Harbac 
Member Absent: Andrea Smith 

I.      Initiation 
  A.      Everyone needs to think of a person whom we can have speak at Spring 
            Initiation. 
  B.      The script is done thanks to Megan and Jen. 
  C.      Will be redoing program. 
    i.      Will be using parchment paper and a new design. 
  D.      Chris has the list of all new initiees and will be putting them on the 
            e-mail account very soon. 
    i.      Will be sending them e-mail later about times for initiation, new 
            positions, and information about the book drive. 
  E.      Decided to add a Service Chair 
    i.     Will send out an e-mail letting people know and application information. 
           We will also have applications at initiation. 

II.     Book Drive 
  A.      Starts on the 13th of this month. 
  B.      Everyone needs to make a flyer and hang it up in designated locations. 
    i.      Flyers need to include 
        a.      Book Drive 
        b.      November 13th-17th 
        c.      Can be any type of book for anyone 
        d.      Will be in TC Concourse 
        e.      For ALD Service Week 
    ii.     Need to save one and give to Jen at next meeting. 

III.    Pizza Party 
  A.      Going to wait to do to see how much interest we get for new committee 
            chair and sign-up for committees. 
  B.      Set tentative date as November 30th starting at 9:00 in Botswin. 

IV.     Treasurer 
  A.      Will have a report next week 

V.      Webpage 
  A.      Jen linked us to the National webpage this past week. 
  B.      Chris will be keeping it updated and adding Homecoming pictures soon. 

VI.     Jello Wrestling 
  A.      Did not send the letter to JELLO because nobody had baby pools to figure 
            how much jello we would need. 
  B.      Kyli will keep looking and update us next week. 

VII.    National Council Applications 
  A.      Jen has the applications. If interested, take one. 

Next weeks meeting will be short and in Botswin @8:45 p.m.
