Jen called the meeting to order at 8:45 p.m.

I. Final Week 
  A. Going to have Hot Chocolate in TC on Wednesday.
  B. Everyone signed up for times

II. Angel Tree
  A. Decided to participate
  B. Andrea and Tanya are going to go and get some gifts.

III. United Way Funding
  A. Going to have a donations cup during hot chocolate in TC
  B. Will combine that money and give a total of $150

IV. Reflection on Initiation
  A. Talked about things we liked, didn’t like, and wanted to change for spring initiation
  B. Decided that certificates not picked up at initiation will be in the Learning Center.

V. Maintain the Flame
  A. Talked about starting to work on it right after Christmas.

THERE WILL BE NO MEETING NEXT WEEK!!!
