   C. Fall Activities
       1.Steph will talk about Homecoming
            a. She will have sign up sheets
            b. Our participation goes from there.
        2. Tara will talk about University Senate
        3.Guest speaker and Mud co-chair Matt Davis will talk about Mud
        4.Joel will talk about Fall Initiation
    D. Committee Chairs will speak on their committees
    E. Those present will head to a committee

III. Initiations
    A. Fall Initiation
        1.Will take place on Nov.18
        2. In the Ballroom
        3. We will reserve space from Noon to 4pm
        4. Begin at 2pm
        5. Invitations will go out on Oct.8
    B. Spring Initiation
        1. Think about locations-Pruis? Emens?
        2. Think about speakers and honorary members
IV. National Convention
    A. The registration deadline is Sept. 14
    B. The dates are Oct.19-21 in Orlando FL
    C. Laura will arrange the flight
    D. Justin and Tara were chosen to represent us in a totally random fashion
    E. An advisor not named Laura will go along with them
    F. Josh’s prof owes him a trip to Orlando
V. Future Meetings
    A. After Wednesday we won’t meet every week
    B. Next meeting will be Oct.1 at 8pm in the Library
    C. At this meeting we will help Joel with Initiation
VI. Daily News news
    A. There will be a new section in the paper
    B. This section will highlight campus organizations
    C. This will get our Agenda and name out on campus
    D. An email address will be provided so we can participate
    E. We will watch the Daily News for more details
VII. Golden Key rumors
    A. They might try to contact us
    B. We might be doing activities together
    C. Our advisors recommend waiting until they contact us VIII. Exec. Retreat
    A. We will meet at 7pm in BotSwin Lounge on Sept.24
    B. After that we will carpool to Baskin Robbins
