    C. This created a vacancy in the Services and Activities co-chair

      1. Rhiannon will contact the Spring Initiates
      2. Committee chairs will get the email addresses of the committee members

      1.Joel expects help with Initiation

      3. Our meetings to last less than an hour
      4. That we as a group become more vocal
      5. We become a tight cohesive group
    B. Junior Advisors
      1. That they guide and advise us
      2. Tell us when we’re headed in the wrong direction
    C. Organizational
      1.Get our name out to freshmen
      2.Get more people involved
      3. Bring speakers into the University
      4. Get involved in Muncie’s community
    D. What is Alpha Lambda Delta?
      1.Freshmen honorary
      2.An organization that encourages intellectual discussion
      3.Establish a reputation outside of BSU
      4.Work to encourage good grades among the freshmen
      5. A service and social organization
